Anna was very Professional and polite. She also went above and beyond with excellent service, she said that even though the room is supposed to be ready she went up and checked to make sure that the room was clean and ready for me. I wish this survey had 10 stars as an option because Anna is Excellent at her job and and it shows in her service, professionalism and great attitude.
Anna and Luna were awesome as front desk concierge, even with the system down and unable to temporarily pay on site, they remained cool calm and very respectful. They helped guide us through the process of paying online and we enjoyed our stay and even booked an extra night. Great location also we will be back!
Very friendly and responsive when it comes to issues. My room was clean and cozy for me when I arrived. They also have complimentary coffee and muffins to accommodate your stay. The manager is Top tier and very respectful to customers. She made me feel welcomed when I arrived. I love her energy.

My husband and I have been staying here for over a month going on 2 months now. Luna and Anna is part of the reason why!!! They are both soo sweet and caring!!! You can tell they genuinely care and makes us feel like we are at home here!!!!
Wonderful stay while I was waiting for my lease to start, the staff was always available for questions/service and Anna was especially helpful. Very reasonable rates and hot water.
